Please read this Service Agreement carefully before booking any lymphatic drainage services. By scheduling and receiving our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Booking & Deposit Requirements


All scheduled sessions require a 50% deposit of service at the time of booking.
Deposits may be paid via Stripe or Zelle
If a deposit is not received within 24 hours of scheduling, your appointment will be cancelled without notice.
Your deposit is accredited toward your appointment total.
There are no refunds if client decides to not continue with Cuerpo LS then they forfeit their package or session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy


Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will result in loss of the deposit.
If you cancel or reschedule properly within the 48-hour window, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment.

Post-Operative Client Policy


If you are actively draining excessive fluid during your post-op appointment, the session will be immediately stopped and cancelled to protect the safety of the therapist.
In this case, the full payment will be collected, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
Clients on a package will have one session deducted from their remaining balance in this event.

 

Missed Appointments / No-Shows


Missed appointments (no-shows) result in the loss of the session or forfeiture of deposit, depending on your payment arrangement.
Clients on a package plan will forfeit one session for each missed appointment.

 

Package Terms & Expiry


All packages must be used within 90–100 days of the purchase date, following the protocol determined by the therapist.
Unused sessions after 100 days will expire and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended.
Consistency is key to results; please adhere to your scheduled protocol for optimal outcomes.
